Refund policy

• Exchange is accepted only within 2 days of receiving the order.

• The product must be undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

• Exchange is only applicable in case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.

• If you do not like the product, it will not be eligible for exchange.

• Customized or personalized products are not eligible for exchange.

• Customers are responsible for the exchange shipping charges unless the exchange is due to our mistake.

• The exchanged product is subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, an alternative product of the same value may be offered.

• We reserve the right to decline an exchange request if the above conditions are not met.
